Nina Teicholz is a BOSS! This book is everything you need if you want to know what to eat and how to stick it to the stupid food industry. Nina covers the entire infuriating history of a small group of idiots conspiring to prescribe to Americans the absolute worst possible diet for human health. It honestly is almost too ridiculous to believe. Why people would voluntarily give up eating cured meats, raw cheese, eggs, and raw dairy in favor of garbage produced in a factory is a mystery—and yet it happened. And Nina beautifully tells how.

This is definitely a book to buy. We have this book on audio for easy listening now and then. Reminding yourself of the best way to eat for health and as a protest to the moronic food industry is best achieved with a marvelous, well-researched book like this.
